"Propeller only buys from the most experienced and knowledgeable farmers because they produce the highest quality specialty beans. These coffees taste incredible, are tough to find but are worth the extra effort. We then dedicate a tremendous amount of time and energy to making sure every batch of coffee we roast meets or exceeds the standards we're looking for. To do this we cup and analyse every batch to figure out how to roast the next one even better. We use a combination of pretty amazing tools as well as our palates. It takes time but we believe it's what helps us improve our craft and our coffees - week in, week out."

Made from fermented teas, sugars, and bacteria culture. As the Kombucha ferments with a scoby, which is the Kombucha culture, or also known as “the Mother,” it metabolizes (breaks down) the organic sugar, and caffeine in the tea. Afterwards, the process produces a beverage that is rich with probiotics, amino acids, and enzymes that will bind to debris inside of the body.

Cold-brew coffee involves a thorough process of ground coffee that is steeped in cold water for an extended period of time, then strained, whereas iced coffee is generally brewed hot and poured over ice, resulting in a less bitter and smoother taste.
